2026 Thanksgiving Day Outreach for Greene County, Tennessee
WE ARE GETTING READY For 2026!
We are now a 501(c)(3) organization and as in the years pass, we need your help. Our plans are to prepare at least 2500 meals Thanksgiving morning and have them delivered to individuals and/or families within Greene County, TN. As you can imagine, this will take a small army of volunteers to prepare and dispense the food (green beans, sweet potato casserole, dressing, and sheet cakes) as well as the turkey, rolls, and gravy. Then these meals are loaded into vehicles and delivered Thanksgiving morning by another small army of volunteer drivers! Our needs also include pans for food prep, cups for gravy, meal trays, and shipping boxes.

Our mission is to serve Thanksgiving meals to citizens in Greene County, Tennessee while building a stronger spirit of community care. We focus on meeting immediate needs while reminding each person served that they are valued.
Through organized outreach, volunteer coordination, and donation support, we create a dependable effort that invites churches, families, civic groups, and individuals to take part in something bigger than themselves.
